Remove the protective film from the adhesive pads on the underside. Position ZeroMOUSE centrally on the tunnel floor so that it contacts the rear frame and press it down firmly.6. Make sure there is nothing in the tunnel (not even your hand).7. Install the ZeroMOUSE app on your smartphone, create your profile and grant Bluetooth permission.8. Now connect the power supply to ZeroMOUSE 2.0 and wait for the device to start up and setup to complete. This may take a few minutes. I am Therese Schumacher, the founder of Zoo Roco.
I was the youngest pet shop owner in Switzerland when I opened my 85m2 shop in 1988 and now I'm one of the ‘old hands’.
Since 2001 you can also buy the products online and we send the food and pet accessories conveniently to your home.
All products are personally selected by me or our specialised staff. We can also quickly order products that are not in stock from all well-known brands and manufacturers!
Our range includes food and accessories for dogs, cats, aquariums, terrariums, rodents and small animals, ornamental birds and the garden animal segment.
We have been at our current location since 2012. We offer everything to do with pet supplies and live animals on 850m2 of shop space. Our shop inventory is also our warehouse for the online shop.
Balthasar, our cat, came to us in 2019 and has been in and around the shop ever since.
