General questions about our online shop

Wie lange dauert die Lieferfrist?

Artikel, die sofort verfügbar sind, werden an Wochentagen innert 24 Stunden versendet.

Falls Sie Artikel bestellen, die eine Lieferfrist anzeigen, werden diese nach der Anlieferung sofort versendet.

Bei Bestellungen mit Lager- und Bestellartikel haben Sie die Möglichkeit die Teillieferung anzuwählen. Dann werden die Lagerartikel sofort versendet und das zweite Paket erhalten Sie nach dem Wareneingang.
Falls Sie die Teillieferung nicht anwählen, wird die ganze Bestellung versendet, sobald alle Artikel verfügbar sind.

Kann man telefonisch eine Bestellung aufgeben?

Telefonische Bestellungen können für Bestandskunden, die auf Rechnung Powerpay bereits bestellt haben, aufgenommen werden.

Aus Vorauskasse können wir für jeden Kunden eine Bestellung im System erfassen.

Bestellungen mit der Zahlungsart Kreditkare, Paypal, Twint - oder andere Zahlungsarten, bei denen die Kartendaten oder ein Code erfasst werden muss, können wir nicht für Sie erfassen

Kann die bestellte Ware auch im Geschäft abgeholt werden? (Click and Collect)

Ja, sobald die Ware abholbereit ist, werden wir Sie per Mail informieren.

Die Ware kann während unseren Geschäftsöffnungszeiten abgeholt werden.
