NEKTON-Biotin is a high-quality supplementary feed for ornamental and birds of prey, specially developed to support moulting and new feather formation.
The balanced formula with 18 amino acids, essential vitamins, minerals, trace elements and a high biotin content provides your bird with targeted support during a particularly demanding phase.
Especially during moulting, the organism of your bird is under great strain. For the formation of dense, smooth, and glossy plumage, an optimal supply of protein building blocks, vitamins, and minerals is crucial.
NEKTON-Biotin has been precisely tailored to these needs and can help to compensate nutrition-related plumage damage and support the natural process of new feather formation.
Since the plumage consists of protein-based substances, your bird needs particularly high-quality nutritional support during the moult. The contained amino acids specifically balance the often unfavourable amino acid ratio of plant-based feed and thus contribute to a needs-based diet.
The preparation is cold-water soluble and can be easily administered via drinking water or soft food. This way, you can easily integrate NEKTON-Biotin into the daily feeding routine.

Feeding recommendation
1 g Nekton-Biotin to 250 ml water or 100 g soft food. It is recommended to prepare only as much drinking water/soft food as the bird consumes daily and to change the water/feed daily. One level measuring spoon (enclosed) corresponds to 1 g Nekton-Biotin. In the case of severe plumage damage, a double or triple dose of Nekton-Biotin can be given at the beginning until the onset of new plumage formation is visible. This supplementary feed may only be fed to birds up to 5 % of the daily ration due to the higher content of vitamin D and trace elements compared to complete feeds.
