Royal Canin Cat Urinary S/O Dry
For cats over 6 months
5 to 12 weeks or until the urinary crystals/stones dissolve. To prevent recurrence, the diet should be continued for at least 6 months.
Attention: URINARY S/O is a complete diet for cats. The low magnesium content and the special composition allow the dissolution of struvite stones. Furthermore, this food can also be used for urinary tract diseases.
Important information:
- Veterinary diet food may only be fed in consultation with the veterinarian.
- During the treatment with a veterinary diet food, you should visit the veterinarian regularly (approx. every 6 months) for check-ups.
- If your pet's health deteriorates, seek veterinary advice immediately.
Struvite stone resolution
The composition of URINARY S/O helps to effectively dissolve struvite stones.
Increase of urine volume
The formula helps to increase the volume of urine. Struvite and calcium oxalate stone formation is thus counteracted.
Low RSS value
An undersaturated urinary environment counteracts the spontaneous crystallization of struvite and calcium oxalate.
Protection of the bladder mucosa
Glycosaminoglycans (GAG) are natural components of the bladder mucosa and can help protect against the penetration of bacteria and toxins.
