The individual target weight, feeding duration and quantities are determined according to the degree of overweight. The optimal weight reduction is 0.5 - 2% per week. An individual and tight control is important, because: Cats that lose weight too quickly are subject to the risk of hepatic lipidosis. After reaching the target / ideal weight, the body weight should continue to be controlled regularly, SATIETY WEIGHT MANAGEMENT Feline or VET CARE NUTRITION foods for castrated cats are suitable as follow-up feeding. the energy intake should in any case be max. 10% higher than in the last reduction phase.
