Repty ® flex-MAGIC 4 kg

Applications:
Pour la réalisation d’arrières plans muraux, de grottes. A appliquer sur des matériaux tels
que bois, liége, polystyrène et autres.
Proportions:
Environ 2200 ml eau: 4,8 kg pigment.
Données techniques à 20°C:
Temps de travail: 5 heures. Durée de mise en oeuvre: environ 10 min. Temps de
durcissement: environ 36 heures.
Préparation du support:
Les supports peuvent être secs ou humides, toutefois ils doivent être solides, capables
de supporter un poids et exempts de tout lubrifiant de moule. Nous recommandons de
commencer par appliquer une fine couche de mortier dilué au pinceau pour enduire le
support et de laisser sécher pendant environ 12 heures à 20°C avant de continuer.
Utilisation:
Après avoir procédé au mélange, assouplir le mortier en le malaxant une fois encore
avant de l’appliquer. Etalez le mortier sur le support et lissez avec une spatule ou une
petite brosse. Veillez à ce que les couches ne dépassent pas 10 mm d’épaisseur, ce qui
risquerait d’empêcher le mortier de durcir correctement.
Rincez à fond le matériau durci à l’eau claire avant tout usage.
Température de travail:
supérieure à +8° C.

Repty®jungle - Spezial-Modelliermasse Repty®jungle ist die Spezial-Modelliermasse zur Gestaltung von Regenwaldrückwänden und Bodenelementen. Repty®jungleist eine Mischung aus Faser- und Rindensubstraten und einer Spezial-Masse, welche mit Wasser angerührt wird. Diese Paste wird sodann auf die zuvor vorbereiteten Flächen mittels eins Spachtels oder den Händen aufgebracht. Nach dem Aushärten ist Repty®jungle noch in der Lage, Wasser zu speichern, so dass die Rückwand z.B. mit Moosen oder Farnen begrünt werden kann. Anwendung:Zur Herstellung von Rückwänden und Höhlen, aufgebracht auf Materialien wie Holz, Kork, Styropor oder Ähnlichen.Mischungsverhältnis:Ca. 2800 ml Wasser : 2,5 kg Pulver Technische Daten bei 20°C:Verarbeitungszeit ca. 5 Stunden. Einlegezeit ca. 10 min. Aushärtung nach ca. 36 Stunden.Untergrundvorbereitung:Untergründe können trocken oder feucht, müssen jedoch fest, tragfähig und trennmittelfrei sein.
