Proflora hose

For safe loss-free release and fertilization of CO₂ into the aquarium and for the plants.

Not every material is suitable for conducting CO₂ gas because many plastics are suitable for air but have a permeability for CO₂ gas. This is because CO₂ has a different diffusion behavior than air. Therefore, air hoses are unsuitable for CO₂ systems. The plastic of the JBL PROFLORA CO₂ hoses is suitable for CO₂ and fits all common CO₂ systems.

Lay the hose connections so that they are as short as possible. The shorter the CO₂-carrying hoses, the faster the entire system will react when you increase or decrease the pressure at the fine needle valve. But even with short hoses, you will always have a delayed reaction of your settings. So please do not turn the fine needle valve of the pressure reducer uncontrollably, but adjust it slightly and wait a bit before changing the bubble count in the bubble counter.

Application: Cut the hose to the correct length and insert it. Always keep hose length as short as possible
