Invitro aquarium plants are laboratory-grown plants that are cultivated in a nutrient medium such as gel or liquid. They are free from pests such as snails, free from algae and pesticides and offer a practical way of introducing healthy plants into the aquarium.

In vitro aquarium plants, which also means in glass, can live for up to 6 weeks in this container. Almost all aquarium plants are now available to buy in this form, such as Anubias, Cryptocorynes, Ceratopteris, Hemianthus, Hydrocotyle, Pogostemon and many other genera and species.

The submerged habit eliminates the conversion phase from emersed to submerged in the aquarium and the plants grow better and healthier.
