Dog Hepatic Dry
Gewicht: 1.5kg
Royal Canin Dog Hepatic Dry For adult dogsThe duration of feeding varies depending on the severity of the symptoms and the liver's ability to regenerate. Lifelong use may be necessary in chronic liver diseases. In order to reduce postprandial liver stress, it is recommended to divide the daily portion into several small meals. Important information: Veterinary diet food may only be fed in consultation with the veterinarian. During the treatment with a veterinary diet food, you should visit the veterinarian regularly (approx. every 6 months) for check-ups. If your pet's health deteriorates, seek veterinary advice immediately. Vegetable proteinsHighly digestible vegetable protein (soy protein isolate) is very well tolerated by dogs with hepatic encephalopathy and helps to counteract hyperammonemia.Reduced copper contentThe low copper and high zinc content limit copper storage in liver cells and help prevent liver cell degeneration.Protection by antioxidantsA synergistic antioxidant combination (Vit. E, Vit. C, taurine, lutein) can protect the body cells from attacks by aggressive metabolic products.High energy contentThe provision of energy from fat in combination with a moderately reduced content of high-quality protein reduces protein degradation and thus minimizes the risk or progression of hepatic encephalopathy.
