Wildcat VetLine Hypoallergenic SalmonWildcat VetLine Hypoallergenic Salmon with 33 % salmon and 33 % sweet potatoes. Grain-free diet dry food for cats with food intolerances. In 400 g and 3 kg.WILDCAT VetLine Adult Hypoallergenic Salmon is a specially developed complete dietetic food for adult cats with food intolerances. The carefully balanced formula is intended to reduce symptoms of ingredient and nutrient intolerances whilst simultaneously supporting skin function in cases of dermatosis and excessive hair loss.Food intolerances can manifest themselves in different ways in cats. Frequent scratching, excessive grooming, skin redness, coat problems or recurring digestive complaints may indicate an intolerance to certain food components.A distinction is made between food allergies and food intolerances. Whilst in the case of an allergy the immune system reacts to certain components, in the case of an intolerance similar complaints can occur without the involvement of the immune system. The formula of WILDCAT VetLine Hypoallergenic Salmon relies on selected, clearly declared ingredients. With 33 % salmon, of which 22 % dried and 11 % fresh salmon, the dry food provides high-quality animal proteins and valuable omega-3 fatty acids. As a selected carbohydrate source, the formula contains 33 % sweet potatoes. These are naturally grain-free and provide energy as well as plant-based fibre. The composition is complemented by 2 % pumpkin and other plant-based ingredients.A special feature is the open declaration. The individual ingredients are listed specifically so that cat owners can understand which components are contained in the food. This is particularly important when specifically feeding cats with food intolerances. The crude protein content of 32 % supports the daily protein supply, whilst the fat content of 15 % enables an energy intake tailored to requirements.Salmon oil and sunflower oil provide essential fatty acids. In particular, the omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA as well as the omega-6 fatty acid linoleic acid are important for normal skin function. An adequate supply can help to support the skin barrier and coat quality. The prebiotic fibres mannan-oligosaccharides (MOS) and fructo-oligosaccharides (FOS) contained can support a balanced intestinal flora and normal digestive function.WILDCAT VetLine Hypoallergenic was developed in collaboration with vets and nutritionists. The formula is grain-free and omits added maize, gluten, soya and artificial flavour enhancers. The diet dry food is available in the sizes 400 g and 3 kg. The smaller pack is particularly suitable for getting to know the food, whilst the 3 kg pack is a practical stock size for longer-term feeding. In the case of a medically supervised elimination diet, the suitability of the entire list of ingredients must be checked. In particular, in the case of a known intolerance to poultry components, the current declaration should be clarified with a vet before use.Your benefits at a glanceAvailable in 400 g and 3 kg dry foodComplete dietetic food for adult catsWith 33 % salmon as a high-quality animal ingredientWith 33 % sweet potatoes as a grain-free carbohydrate sourceDeveloped to reduce food intolerancesOmega fatty acids to support skin and coatWith prebiotic fibres MOS and FOSGrain-free formula with transparent ingredient declarationContains chicken fat and chicken brothInstructions for useWILDCAT VetLine Adult Hypoallergenic Salmon is a complete dietetic food for adult cats for the reduction of ingredient and nutrient intolerance symptoms as well as for the support of skin function in cases of dermatosis and excessive hair loss.Feeding should take place according to veterinary recommendation. Even small amounts of an incompatible food component can trigger complaints in sensitive cats.WILDCAT VetLine Hypoallergenic Salmon contains selected ingredients as well as omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids, which can contribute to supporting skin and coat.Keep a small feeding diary during a vet-supervised elimination diet. Note which food your cat receives and how skin, coat, itching and digestion develop.Avoid additional treats, chew items or food samples during this time that do not explicitly belong to the nutrition plan. Also make sure that all family members are informed about the special feeding. This helps prevent your cat from accidentally receiving unsuitable foods. In the case of known allergies to animal components, you should not only pay attention to the main protein source, but always check the complete composition.

Wildcat VetLine Renal ChickenWildcat VetLine Renal Chicken. Grain-free diet dry food to support kidney function in cats. With reduced protein and phosphorus content. Available in 400 g and 3 kg packs.Wildcat VetLine Adult Renal Chicken is a specially formulated complete dietetic food for adult cats with chronic renal insufficiency. The carefully balanced formula supports kidney function and may also help to reduce the formation of calcium oxalate and urate stones. The kidneys perform vital functions in your cat’s body. They filter metabolic waste products from the blood, regulate water and electrolyte balance, and help maintain a balanced mineral balance. In chronic kidney failure, this function gradually declines. A targeted diet can help to relieve the strain on the kidneys and support the wellbeing of affected cats. The Wildcat VetLine Renal Chicken formula is characterised by a limited protein content and reduced phosphorus and sodium levels. This means the food is tailored to the specific nutritional needs of cats with impaired kidney function.Controlled protein intake is intended to limit the formation of nitrogenous metabolic by-products. At the same time, a reduced phosphorus content is particularly important, as cats with chronic kidney disease are often no longer able to excrete excess phosphorus adequately. The dry food contains chicken as a selected source of animal protein. The tasty recipe with chicken and sweet potatoes is designed to encourage good palatability. This is particularly important for cats with kidney disease, as they often suffer from a reduced appetite.Another distinctive feature is the inclusion of potassium citrate, which has urine-alkalising properties. By influencing the pH of the urine, it can help to reduce the risk of calcium oxalate stones forming. The specially formulated composition also takes into account the nutritional requirements associated with certain disorders of uric acid metabolism. The grain-free formula also contains the prebiotic fibres mannan-oligosaccharides (MOS) and fructo-oligosaccharides (FOS). These can support a balanced gut flora and contribute to normal digestive function.Wildcat VetLine Renal was developed in collaboration with vets and nutritionists. The formula contains no added maize, gluten, soya or flavour enhancers. The diet dry food is available in handy 400 g and 3 kg packs. The smaller pack is particularly suitable for trying out the food, whilst the 3 kg pack is a stock-up size for long-term feeding.Wildcat VetLine Renal Chicken is a complete dietetic feed for specific nutritional purposes. It is not only crucial to ensure an appropriate nutritional composition, but also that the cat eats enough and drinks sufficient fluids.Wildcat VetLine Renal Chicken contains selected proteins and has a reduced phosphorus and sodium content. This means that the dry food can provide nutritional support for veterinary treatment of chronic renal failure. If your cat is drinking very little, you can moisten the dry food with a little lukewarm water. Allow the food to soak for a short while and remove any uneaten leftovers promptly.Alternatively, combining this with a suitable renal wet food may be advisable. However, please discuss any mixed feeding regime with your vet to ensure that the total daily ration continues to meet the specific requirements of a renal diet.Provide several water stations in quiet areas. Many cats prefer fresh water that is not placed directly next to their food or litter tray. A cat fountain can also help to encourage water intake.Weigh your cat regularly and keep an eye out for changes in appetite, drinking habits and body weight. Even slight weight loss can be significant in cats with kidney disease.Avoid giving additional phosphorus-rich snacks or standard cat food unless these have been expressly agreed with the treating veterinary practice.Regular veterinary check-ups help to tailor the diet to the individual progression of the kidney disease.

Wildcat VetLine Urinary ChickenWildcat VetLine Urinary Chicken. Grain-free dietary dry food for adult cats to dissolve struvite stones and reduce their recurrence. Available in 400 g and 3 kg.Wildcat VetLine Adult Urinary Chicken is a specially formulated complete dietetic food for adult cats with certain lower urinary tract conditions. The balanced formulation supports the dissolution of struvite stones and helps to reduce the risk of struvite stones forming again.Urinary tract problems are relatively common in cats. The term FLUTD (Feline Lower Urinary Tract Disease) covers a range of conditions affecting the lower urinary tract. These include, amongst others, cystitis, urinary crystals and urinary stones. Symptoms may include a frequent urge to urinate, pain when urinating or sudden loss of bladder control.Struvite crystals and struvite stones are particularly common. These consist of magnesium, ammonium and phosphate. An excessively high, alkaline urine pH can promote their formation. The special formulation of Wildcat VetLine Urinary Chicken has urine-acidifying properties. The urine-acidifying agents it contains – DL-methionine and ammonium chloride – help to specifically lower the pH of the urine. Under suitable conditions, this can dissolve existing struvite stones and make it more difficult for them to reform.Another important component of the formulation is the adjusted magnesium and phosphorus content. The controlled supply of minerals is intended to help limit the formation of struvite crystals and reduce the risk of recurrent urinary stone problems. This dry food contains chicken as its main animal ingredient. Chicken provides valuable proteins and essential amino acids, which contribute to a diet tailored to the nutritional needs of adult cats. The grain-free formula is tailored to the specific nutritional needs of cats with struvite problems. In addition, the food contains the prebiotic fibres mannan-oligosaccharides (MOS) and fructo-oligosaccharides (FOS), which can support a balanced gut flora and normal digestive function.Wildcat VetLine Urinary was developed in collaboration with vets and nutritionists. The recipe contains no added maize, gluten, soya or flavour enhancers. The diet dry food is available in 400 g and 3 kg packs. The smaller pack is particularly suitable for trying out the formula, whilst the 3 kg pack offers a practical stock-up size for long-term feeding.WILDCAT VetLine Urinary Chicken is a complete dietetic feed for specific urinary tract problems. This is a veterinary emergency. Seek immediate treatment at a veterinary practice or clinic.Zoo Roco TipAdequate water intake is one of the most important measures for cats with urinary tract problems. As cats naturally tend to drink very little, their urine can become highly concentrated. Under certain conditions, this increases the risk of urinary crystals and stones forming.Wildcat VetLine Urinary Chicken has urine-acidifying properties and contains an adjusted mineral content. This enables the dry food to provide nutritional support for veterinary treatment of struvite stones.Provide your cat with several water bowls in different, quiet locations. Many cats prefer drinking spots that are not right next to their food or litter tray.A cat fountain can also help encourage your cat to drink more frequently. For cats that drink very little, supplementing their diet with a suitable urinary wet food may be advisable. However, please consult your vet before introducing a mixed diet to ensure that the dietary properties of the total daily ration are maintained. You should also ensure there are plenty of clean litter trays and that the environment is as stress-free as possible. Stress can contribute to certain lower urinary tract conditions.Struvite stones and calcium oxalate stones require different nutritional management strategies. A diet designed to acidify the urine, such as Wildcat VetLine Urinary, is therefore not suitable for every type of urinary stone. We recommend having the success of the treatment checked regularly through veterinary urine tests.

With sodium and potassium, the formula contains important minerals that are particularly significant in cases of digestive disorders with fluid loss. As a result, the food can help to support the supply of electrolytes. In addition to duck and turkey, the recipe contains sweet potatoes and pumpkin as plant-based ingredients. The wet food is supplemented with Jerusalem artichoke, alfalfa and dried eggs. The prebiotic fibres mannan-oligosaccharides (MOS) and fructooligosaccharides (FOS) contained in the food serve as a nutrient basis for certain beneficial gut bacteria. They can support a balanced gut flora and thus contribute to normal digestive function.Salmon oil provides valuable omega-3 fatty acids, whilst the omega-6 fatty acids it contains contribute to normal skin and coat function. With a moisture content of 78 % this wet food also contributes to daily fluid intake. This is particularly important for cats with gastrointestinal complaints, as larger quantities of fluid can be lost through diarrhoea or vomiting.Wildcat VetLine Gastrointestinal was developed in collaboration with vets. The formula is grain-free and contains neither added maize nor gluten or soya. The diet wet food is available in the practical sizes 85 g and 200 g. Particularly during and after gastrointestinal illnesses, it is important not to place unnecessary strain on the digestive tract through frequent feed changes or unsuitable treats.Wildcat VetLine Gastrointestinal Duck & Turkey combines easily digestible ingredients with an adjusted fat supply and an increased electrolyte content. This allows the food to support veterinary treatment in certain digestive disorders from a nutritional physiology point of view.Divide the daily food amount into several small portions. Especially in cats with a sensitive stomach or reduced appetite, this can make food intake easier.Offer the wet food at room temperature if possible. Slightly warmed food develops a more intense smell and can therefore be more attractive for cats with little appetite. Also ensure adequate water intake. In diarrhoea and vomiting, the body loses fluids and electrolytes, which is why there is a risk of dehydration.During a vet-prescribed gastrointestinal diet, you should avoid offering additional treats or unsuitable feedingstuffs wherever possible. This can impair the effect of the balanced nutrition.Observe your cat’s appetite, stool consistency and general well-being and have persistent complaints assessed by a vet.

Many cats prefer fresh water in quiet spots. A cat fountain can also help to encourage fluid intake.Weigh your cat regularly and keep an eye out for changes in appetite, drinking habits and activity levels.Do not mix a kidney diet with ordinary cat food or unsuitable treats without consulting your vet. The carefully balanced formula is intended to reduce symptoms of raw material and nutrient intolerance and at the same time supports skin function in cases of dermatosis and excessive hair loss.Food intolerances can manifest themselves in different ways in cats. Frequent scratching, excessive grooming, skin redness, coat problems or recurring digestive complaints can be indications of an intolerance to certain food ingredients.A distinction is made between food allergies and food intolerances. In the case of an allergy, the immune system reacts to certain proteins. In the case of an intolerance, similar complaints can occur without the immune system being involved. The formula of WILDCAT VetLine Hypoallergenic Salmon contains 60 % salmon as the sole source of animal protein. By specifically selecting a single animal protein source, the diet can be kept particularly clear. This is especially important for cats with known intolerances or as part of a veterinary-supervised elimination diet.As a selected source of carbohydrates, the wet food contains 4 % sweet potatoes. The grain-free formula is limited to a few, clearly defined ingredients and thus makes it easier to control daily feeding.Salmon provides high-quality animal protein as well as valuable omega-3 fatty acids. EPA and DHA in particular play an important role in normal skin function. Together with the omega-6 fatty acids it contains, they can support the skin barrier and normal coat condition. With a crude protein content of 9,7 % and a fat content of 8,2 %, the wet food offers a balanced nutrient supply for adult cats. The formula is supplemented by Jerusalem artichoke, alfalfa, salmon oil, sunflower oil and algae. Even small amounts of an incompatible ingredient can trigger complaints in sensitive cats.WILDCAT VetLine Hypoallergenic Salmon relies on salmon as the sole source of animal protein and a clear composition. This means the wet food can be used as part of a veterinary-supervised elimination diet, provided salmon is suitable for the affected cat.Keep a feeding diary during an elimination diet. Note which foods your cat receives and how itching, coat, skin and digestion develop.Avoid additional treats, food samples or other snacks during this time that are not expressly part of the nutrition plan.If you would like to combine WILDCAT VetLine Hypoallergenic as a wet food with a suitable dry food, the entire list of ingredients of both products should be checked. The balanced recipe supports the dissolution of struvite stones and helps to reduce the risk of their re-formation.Urinary tract problems are relatively common in cats. The term FLUTD (Feline Lower Urinary Tract Disease) covers various diseases of the lower urinary tract. These include, amongst others, cystitis, urinary crystals and urinary stones. Not all of these diseases have the same cause and therefore require targeted veterinary clarification.Struvite crystals and struvite stones occur particularly frequently. They consist of magnesium, ammonium and phosphate and can form, amongst other things, if the urine pH value is too high. The recipe of WILDCAT VetLine Urinary Chicken has urine-acidifying properties. Many cats prefer drinking places that are not directly next to the food or the litter tray.A cat fountain can also help to promote water intake. Some cats show greater interest in running water. Also ensure there are enough clean litter trays and an environment that is as stress-free as possible. Stress can promote lower urinary tract complaints, especially in sensitive cats.Struvite stones and calcium oxalate stones require different nutritional measures. A urine-acidifying diet such as WILDCAT VetLine Urinary is therefore not suitable for every type of urinary stone.Have the success of the treatment checked regularly by veterinary urine tests.
