The supply of nutrients is described by Liebig’s Law of the Minimum. According to this concept, the nutrient which is available in the minimum amount limits the growth of plants regardless of whether it is a microelement or a macroelement.  Microelements are trace elements which plants need in small amounts, whereas macroelements are used for growth in larger amounts.In a well-planted aquarium, both microelements and macroelements are consumed in large amounts. Particularly when the fish population is small, the microelements, as well as the macroelements of nitrogen, phosphorous and potassium, quickly drop down to the minimum. The macroelements can easily be supplied by using JBL ProScape NPK Macroelements or by adding each of the individual components, nitrogen, phosphorous, potassium and magnesium, separately. If the latter procedure is selected, it is recommended to check the water values with the JBL Test Set each time. Phosphorus in the form of phosphates plays an essential role in all vital functions. Currently, the plant can also be found in America and Australia.Limnophilia Aromatica is a stalk plant that produces lance-shaped leaves with serrated edges. Their color depends on the intensity of light. If the plant has little access to light, its leaves are green. At first glance, it looks very similar to Helanthium tenellum (former name: Echinodorus tenellus) and is easily confused with it. The difference lies in the leaf colour and width, and the height also seems somewhat lower. We have given this plant the name 'Broad Leaf' due to the leaf blades being up to 2.5 mm wide. The leaf colour remains a bright medium green and can therefore be easily combined with colourful plants such as Hygrophila pinnatifida. The care requirements are comparable to the standard Helanthium tenellum. Here too, turf formation is promoted by vigorous pruning. Aquatic plants in vitro In vitro plants are cultivated in the laboratory under sterile conditions. They are delivered in a 7 cm closed container.
