Product information "JBL PRONOVO BEL FLAKES M"

JBL PRONOVO BEL FLAKES M

Aquarium staple food flakes in size M for normal aquarium fish from 8 to 20 cm in size for community aquariums.

  • Prebiotic and floating aquarium fish food: special balast substances in the food provide the beneficial intestinal bacteria with nourishment for healthy digestion
  • Natural raw materials without artificial additives for a natural diet and healthy aquarium fish. Tested on JBL research expeditions in the tropics
  • Very high acceptance even by fussy fish species due to high-quality raw materials such as salmon, squid, shrimps and garlic
  • With the very high-quality natural astaxanthin from krill and spirulina, which ensures perfect colour formation in ornamental fish
  • Scope of delivery: original sealed, airtight and lightproof, recyclable tin with click-doser as feeding aid or 20 g in a fresh bag

In community aquariums with different species of fish, the ornamental fish kept will also have different requirements for the fish food. JBL PRONOVO BEL takes into account the different types of food and offers your fish a great variety and diversity for a natural and healthy diet. If you would like to perfect the food supply, you can supplement the main food JBL PRONOVO BEL with other food types from the JBL species concept as well as treats.

The biological species concept for ornamental fish:

In addition to a staple food such as JBL PRONOVO BEL for community aquariums, the JBL PRONOVO species concept is available to your fish. Within the species concept you can supplement food specifically for fish species or also choose instead of the main food. It is not a problem if, for example, your fighting fish also eats the food for your barbs and vice versa. It is only important that you offer the appropriate food for each group of fish. Variety is always positive!

Would you, for example, like to feed your neon or armoured catfish exactly the right food? No problem: in the JBL species concept you will find a granulate for neon tetras (and other small tetras) which is suitable for mouths and whose composition is precisely adapted to the needs of the fish, including insects: JBL PRONOVO NEON. In their natural habitats in South America, neon tetras live in very nutrient-poor black water biotopes and depend on small, mouth-friendly plankton. Corydoras, on the other hand, live on the bottom and have a different food spectrum. JBL PRONOVO CORYDORAS (Corydoras = scientific name of the armoured catfish species) therefore contains suitable raw materials such as shrimps and spirulina. The armoured catfish need a varied diet for a healthy diet. The shrimps are representative of all the small animal organisms and also carrion, which the armoured catfish feel on the ground with their barbels.

JBL PRONOVO SPIRULINA Flakes M
Litre : 250ml
ProNovo Spirulina Flakes M from JBLSpirulina green food flakes for all herbivores from 8 to 20 cm Floating, prebiotic spirulina algae - food flakes for herbivorous (plant/algae-eating) aquarium fish such as livebearers and growth eaters from Lake Malawi and Lake TanganyikaNatural raw materials without artificial additives for a natural diet and healthy aquarium fish. Tested on JBL research expeditions in the tropicsVery high acceptance even with picky fish species thanks to high-quality raw materials such as spirulina, salmon and shrimpsVery high spirulina algae content of 20 % for healthy fish and optimum color developmentScope of delivery: Original sealed, airtight and lightproof, recyclable can with dosing aid inside the lid (for 100, 250, 1000 ml)Spirulina are blue-green algae, some species of which, such as the S. platensis used here, have ideal protein levels for feeding ornamental fish. The spirulina content of 20 % in the JBL PRONOVO SPIRULINA food is optimal - more would not be healthy for the fish! The natural astaxanthin (a carotene) in the algae is responsible for the beautiful coloration of the fish. This is another reason why spirulina algae are very popular for feeding ornamental fish.Probiotic or prebiotic - which is better?Probiotic foods, such as some types of yogurt, contain live bacterial cultures to promote health, but only if they are consumed in large quantities. Such foods, including probiotic fish food, can easily spoil and then have the opposite effect. Incidentally, the positive effect on health is controversial.Pre- or prebiotics are "substrates that are selectively used by host microorganisms and provide health benefits." Scientists agree that they promote digestion and therefore health. In the case of our fish, there is another important aspect: Better digestion results in less excretion and therefore less pollution of the water, which keeps the water cleaner and reduces algae problems.Flakes or granules?Honestly, it's a question of faith! There are only a few arguments for or against the type of food. If you use an automatic feeder such as the JBL AutoFood, you MUST choose granulated food, as almost all automatic feeders are only suitable for granules. If an automatic feeder is due on your next vacation, get your fish used to the granules from the feeder RIGHT AWAY. Some fish actually find it difficult to switch from granules to flakes or vice versa. Imagine that you have always eaten soft cornflakes and are now giving them wholemeal muesli for the first time.

Natural care for healthy water and vital aquarium inhabitants - with Easy-Life Humin Pro+.Difference to the product Catappa:Below you will find some information to help you better understand the differences between Catappa-X and Humin Pro+: Catappa-X is made from a special blend and extract of catappa leaves. It has strong antioxidant properties that protect cells from stress and inflammation, promoting fish health. Catappa leaves also contain natural plant dyes that provide more intense and vibrant fish colors. Catappa-X therefore focuses primarily on color enhancement and health promotion. Humin Pro+ is a combination of fulvic and humic acids - organic molecules formed from the decomposition of plant and animal material found in soil, peat, streams and natural waters. Humic acids can replicate the tropical water conditions found in the natural habitat of many aquarium fish. Humin Pro+ is particularly recommended for tropical fish, while Catappa-X is suitable for all fish species. In addition, humic substances stimulate enzyme activity not only in fish, but also in plants and microorganisms in the aquarium. Aquatic plants can absorb nutrients more efficiently, while beneficial microorganisms continue to thrive - ensuring a healthy and stable ecosystem in the aquarium. JBL PRONOVO BOTIA TAB M
Litre : 100ml
JBL ProNovo Botia Tab MStaple food for all loach-like fish in the aquarium Ideal staple food for all loach-like fish (Botia species, sucking loaches, fin suckers, spiny eyes)Application: Either allow to sink to the bottom of the aquarium or attach to the aquarium glass with light pressure from the insideNatural raw materials without artificial additives for a natural diet and healthy aquarium fish. Tested on JBL research expeditions in the tropicsVery high acceptance even with picky species thanks to high-quality raw materials such as salmon, spirulina and shrimpsScope of delivery: Original sealed, air and light-tight, recyclable can with dosing aid inside the lid (for 100, 250, 1000 ml)All loach species come from Asia and are bottom-oriented fish. They therefore feed mainly from the bottom. Many species, e.g. the splendid loach, mouse loach, net loach and green loach are good snail eaters! How do bottom dwellers in community aquariums get their food? You've probably seen it before: Someone throws a food tablet into the aquarium for their bottom-dwelling loaches, but the fish in the other water zones grab the food tablet and the loaches go away empty-handed! The other variant: The loaches should get some of the food from the other fish. In this case, however, there is usually enough food for the loaches and the algae! The loaches, for example, do not reach the food that ends up in the decoration. This can spoil and quickly lead to algae problems. This works better: first feed the fish in the upper water layers and then, when they are in a feeding frenzy, throw in one or two food tablets for the loaches. How can you proceed if you keep different bottom dwellers in one aquarium? You can easily feed 2 types of tablets (e.g. JBL PRONOVO CORYDORAS for armored catfish and JBL PRONOVO BOTIA for loaches) at the same time. It is even positive for the fish, as they are offered more variety and yet each group of fish gets their species-appropriate diet. What is the difference between tablets and wafers?Food tablets (e.g. JBL PRONOVO TAB, JBL PRONOVO BOTIA) are mechanically compressed from fine flake food. Wafers, on the other hand, are thinly sliced and dried from a slurry and an "endless sausage" pressed out of the extruder.

JBL PRONOVO BEL FLAKES BABY 3x10 ml
JBL PRONOVO BEL FLAKES BABY Flake food for young fish in aquarium complete nutrition, optimal growth and beautiful colors thanks to Artemia crustaceans. Dust food for fry of all aquarium fishes.Nutritious and easily digestible: ideal nutrient composition for all baby aquarium fish from 5 to 10 mm in size No water turbidity: Reduced algae growth due to adjusted phosphate content, better water quality due to improved digestibility of the food, reducing fish excretion Natural raw materials without artificial additives for a natural diet and healthy aquarium fish Scope of delivery: original sealed, airtight and light-proof, recyclable tin with dosing lid as feeding aid The composition of the ideal growth food for young fish depends on many factors. The young fish are growing and need important nutrients for development. Vital vitamins and the bioelement inositol are needed to strengthen the immune system. With young fish it is essential that the food size fits the mouth size. It is better to feed a feed that is too small than a feed that is too large! The appropriate phosphate content of the feed is essential for healthy bone formation. Too little phosphate and calcium will lead to bone deformities. When the young fish are large enough, supplementation with live Artemia (brine shrimp) is ideal. JBL offers a complete program for this = JBL Artemio. In the case of fry, a distinction is made between the fry of egg-laying and live-bearing species. After hatching, the young fish of egg-laying species are considerably smaller and first feed on infusoria (microorganisms) which they find in their environment. Many species then also accept liquid food (JBL PRONOVO BEL FLUID). Shortly afterwards they accept fine dust food (JBL PRONOVO BEL BABY TOM or the dust food from the first tin of the JBL PRONOVO BABY set). As soon as they have grown again a little, you can change to the 2nd can of JBL PRONOVO BABY. If the parents are brooders (e.g. cichlids), a long pipette or a piece of hose helps to bring the food dissolved in water specifically to the young fish. In the case of egg-laying or even mouth-breeding species, the young fish are larger and immediately eat the food from the second can of JBL PRONOVO BABY and live Artemia (JBL Artemio System). A head start through research Results of JBL research expeditions, together with the knowledge of the JBL research and development team, resulted in optimal, balanced food mixtures made from high-quality ingredients.

This makes DuplaRin Herbi Gel a strong basis as a daily staple food - especially for owners who value digestion, resistance and vibrant colors. Practical in everyday life: the paste retains its shape for a long time. You should remove any leftovers that are not eaten so that the water quality remains stable. If you want to make a stock, you can store the prepared paste in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 14 days. Zoo Roco tip Place several small feeding spots in the aquarium (e.g. at the front of the glass and also near a root). In this way, even lower-ranking algae eaters can reliably reach the food. Only mix as much gel food as will be grazed in a short time and consistently remove any leftovers - this is the easiest way to achieve stable water quality.
