In community aquariums with different species of fish, the ornamental fish kept will also have different requirements for the fish food. JBL PRONOVO BEL takes into account the different types of food and offers your fish a great variety and diversity for a natural and healthy diet. If you would like to perfect the food supply, you can supplement the main food JBL PRONOVO BEL with other food types from the JBL species concept as well as treats.

The biological species concept for ornamental fish:

In addition to a staple food such as JBL PRONOVO BEL for community aquariums, the JBL PRONOVO species concept is available to your fish. Within the species concept you can supplement food specifically for fish species or also choose instead of the main food. It is not a problem if, for example, your fighting fish also eats the food for your barbs and vice versa. It is only important that you offer the appropriate food for each group of fish. Variety is always positive!

Would you, for example, like to feed your neon or armoured catfish exactly the right food? No problem: in the JBL species concept you will find a granulate for neon tetras (and other small tetras) which is suitable for mouths and whose composition is precisely adapted to the needs of the fish, including insects: JBL PRONOVO NEON. In their natural habitats in South America, neon tetras live in very nutrient-poor black water biotopes and depend on small, mouth-friendly plankton. Corydoras, on the other hand, live on the bottom and have a different food spectrum. JBL PRONOVO CORYDORAS (Corydoras = scientific name of the armoured catfish species) therefore contains suitable raw materials such as shrimps and spirulina. The armoured catfish need a varied diet for a healthy diet. The shrimps are representative of all the small animal organisms and also carrion, which the armoured catfish feel on the ground with their barbels.

The fertiliser specifically supplies aquatic plants with the essential macronutrients nitrogen, phosphate and potassium. The special formulation is nitrogen-rich, phosphate-limited and potassium-enriched. This makes the fertiliser particularly well-suited to aquariums with soil, as it supports nutrient supply without unnecessarily affecting the natural nutrient dynamics of the substrate. The result is vigorous, robust and relatively compact plant growth.The ready-to-use liquid fertiliser is easy to dose and can be individually adjusted depending on plant density, lighting, CO₂ supply and nutrient consumption. NPK Soil can also be used in aquariums without soil if a controlled supply of macronutrients with reduced phosphate input is desired.
