Effective
The JBL CristalProfi is submerged completely in water to clean the aquarium water. A maintenance-free pump built into the lower part of the filter ensures permanent water circulation. The aquarium water flows slowly over a large surface area into the filter pad, where it is cleaned and then pumped back into the aquarium.
Safe
Thanks to the large sponge surface with its fine pores there is no risk of small fish and shrimps getting sucked in.

Connect the Bio Air Disk to an air pump and place it at the bottom of the aquarium. The diffuser provides additional oxygen and increases the lifting effect. Faeces and suspended particles are filtered out of the water by the foam and the aerobic bacteria in the ceramic filter media convert harmful ammonia into nitrite and nitrate.
