Repto Show Box: Transport safely and present with minimal stressThe Repto Show Box is ideal for temporary housing during transport or for displaying reptiles, amphibians and insects. Five dark sides give the animals a greater sense of security and reduce stress, while the transparent lid enables quick checks.Product benefits:Reduces stress during relocation, transport or at exhibitions/fairsA sense of security thanks to darkened sides – animals remain calmerQuick checks without unnecessary opening thanks to the transparent lidUser-friendly design: the lid is easy to openFor a tidy reptile room: multiple boxes can be securely stackedTechnical dataDimensions: 35 × 24 × 11 cmLid: split (1/3 + 2/3), easy to openDesign: 5 black sides, transparent lidUse: Transport / Presentation / Short-term accommodationWhen animals are being moved, temporarily housed or displayed, one thing matters above all else: as little stress as possible. This is exactly what the Repto Show Box is designed for. It is ideal for transporting and displaying reptiles, amphibians or insects – for example, during inspections, routine handling or at terrarium fairs where safe and clearly organised accommodation is required.A key feature is the five dark sides. They reduce visual stimuli, create a sheltered environment, and make many animals feel significantly safer than in fully transparent boxes. This can help animals to remain calmer and be easier to handle. At the same time, the dark background provides a clear contrast, making observation and presentation more pleasant – without permanently ‘putting the animals on display’.The transparent lid provides a practical alternative: you can quickly check the contents without having to open the box every time. This is particularly helpful when you’re on the move or want to keep an eye on several boxes. The lid is easy to open and is divided into 1/3 and 2/3 sections. This allows you to open just one section if needed – handy for a quick check without causing unnecessary disturbance. The box also scores highly in terms of organisation: it is designed for easy stacking. This allows you to house several animals or different species in a clear and orderly manner and store them in a space-saving way – ideal for breeders, foster homes or terrarium enthusiasts with multiple projects.
Important: The ‘ Repto ’ Show Box is intended for temporary housing. For long-term care, you should always use a species-appropriate terrarium with suitable climate control and interior fittings.Zoo Roco tip: To minimise stress, place a piece of kitchen roll or a non-slip mat inside (depending on the species) – this provides grip and makes cleaning easier. During transport, keep the box in a calm, vibration-free environment and out of direct sunlight. For longer journeys: keep an eye on the temperature in the car and avoid draughts.
