Mazus reptans blue is a reliable ground cover for moist locations - ideal for landscaping around the garden pond. Small gaps often appear along the edges of banks, in the swamp zone or along streams where open soil remains visible. Here, creeping Mazus provides a natural finish: it grows flat, visually connects different planting areas and makes the transition from water to garden appear much softer.

A particular advantage is the long flowering period from April to September (IV-IX). This means that Mazus reptans brings bright accents to the border for many months and at the same time looks well-groomed without you having to constantly replant or mend.
