The Chihiros New Doctor Bluetooth Edition is the latest, fourth generation of the popular aquarium care system. This device is an electrolysis sterilizer that uses the latest technology to help stabilize the water quality and keep it healthy.
The functionality of the Chihiros New Doctor Bluetooth Edition is based on the proven principle of water electrolysis. The controller supplies the electrode with an electrical voltage, which creates an electrical field in a small, localized area. This so-called decomposition voltage splits the surrounding water (H₂O) into its basic components hydrogen (H₂) and oxygen (O₂).
In addition, highly reactive hydroxyl radicals (-OH) are formed. These radicals have a strong oxidative effect and react directly with algae spores, bacteria and pollutants in the aquarium water. In this way, they are effectively neutralized or destroyed - without the use of chemicals.
However, as electrolysis only takes place in a very limited space and is not permanent, beneficial soil and filter bacteria remain unharmed. Fish, shrimps and other invertebrates are also unaffected by the application and can enjoy the purified, healthy water without hesitation.
Specially developed for aquariums from 125 liters (45-250 cm), this innovative device combines state-of-the-art technology with simple operation and ensures a healthy, stable ecosystem in the aquarium.
Thanks to its three pre-set modes - for plants, fish and shrimps - the Chihiros New Doctor offers a tailor-made solution for every type of aquarium inhabitants:
