In this case, it is easiest to choose plants that also grow in the emersed form (i.e. above water). Aquaristic plants that grow emers often bloom differently than they do submersed. In-vitro plants are best suited for planting in a Wabi-Kusa jar. It is also possible to grow submerged plants in a Wabi-Kusa, but this does require some practice.
