Product information "Arka myAqua 3800 reverse osmosis system"
Arka myAqua 3800 Reverse Osmosis System – high-performance water treatment
Arka myAqua 3800 Reverse Osmosis System – a high-performance reverse osmosis system for freshwater and saltwater aquariums. Up to 3,800 litres per day, approx. 1:1 water ratio and up to 99% salt retention.
The ARKA myAqua 3800 osmosis system is a high-performance reverse osmosis system for producing high-quality osmosis water for aquariums. It is suitable for both freshwater and saltwater aquariums and is ideal when large quantities of pure source water are required.
With a daily output of up to 3,800 litres of reverse osmosis water, or approximately 2.6 litres per minute, the system is particularly efficient. The Arka myAqua 3800 removes up to 99% of salts as well as many undesirable substances such as pollutants, bacteria, pesticides and heavy metals from tap water. This provides you with a controllable basis for stable water parameters in the aquarium.
Thanks to a water yield ratio of approximately 1:1 (osmosis water to waste water), the system operates much more economically than many conventional osmosis systems. The integrated, long-lasting pressure booster pump supports high output and ensures reliable operation. The Arka myAqua 3800 is supplied with a wall bracket and suitable accessories and can be connected to standard domestic water mains.
The reverse osmosis system is particularly recommended for aquarists who regularly carry out large water changes, set up saltwater tanks or wish to care for sensitive animals and plants with water parameters that are as constant as possible.

Instructions for use
Connect the Arka myAqua 3800 to a suitable domestic water supply in accordance with the operating instructions. Ensure that the operating pressure and water temperature remain within the specified ranges. The osmosis water produced can then be used for water changes, for preparing seawater or for precisely adjusting water parameters.
Before first use and after changing filters or membranes, the system should be flushed in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions. Filter performance should be checked regularly based on the osmosis water parameters and the production rate. The quality, temperature and pressure of the tap water can affect the actual water yield and the quality of the osmosis water.
Zoo Roco Tip
For sensitive aquarium inhabitants, shrimps, planted tanks and marine aquariums, reverse osmosis water provides an excellent basis for precisely and consistently maintaining water parameters. If necessary, use suitable hardness-increasing salts or seawater salt to ensure the water is optimally adapted to the specific animals and plants in the tank. Check the water parameters regularly using suitable test kits or a conductivity meter.
