Good and cheap ;)
Floats on top. Especially with mixed sizes of fish (in this case cichlids), these are well suited as pre-feeding for the large greedy fish. The small ones are practically unable to eat them. They are then fed with granules, which causes less stress among the fish.

Hikari Medaka No-Mai Baby has been specially designed to meet the needs of Medaka-Fry. The pellets are very small and semi-floating so that even weaker juvenile fish can easily ingest them.
The probiotic formulation Hikari-Germ™ supports digestion and strengthens the immune system. At the same time, optimal nutrient absorption can reduce the amount of waste in the tank.
This food is ideal as the main food in the first few weeks after hatching. As soon as the fish have reached a length of around 10 mm, the manufacturer recommends switching to Hikari Medaka No-Mai Next.

Feed several small portions throughout the day - this will keep the water clear and provide your fry with a continuous supply of nutrients. Make sure that no pellets remain unused in the tank to avoid water pollution. As soon as the fish are about 10 mm in size, gradually switch to No-Mai Next.
