Rice is a popular, easily digestible source of carbohydrates and is particularly suitable for dogs with sensitive stomachs or increased energy requirements. Thanks to the manufacturing process involving cooking, rolling and drying, the rice flakes are easily digestible and can be simply mixed into the food after soaking. The mix can be used with BARF, wet food or as a crunchy topping. It is particularly useful for growing dogs, dogs shedding their coat, those with sensitive stomachs or those with higher energy requirements. For 100 g prepared mix, mix approx. 30 g rice and vegetable mix with 70 g warm water and leave the mixture to soak for 10 to 15 minutes. It can then be mixed with BARF or wet food.
