Bioflow 3.0 filter system and heater
For optimum filtration, the RIO 125 is equipped with a powerful Bioflow 3.0. This internal filter combines effectiveness with safety and forms the centrepiece of a JUWEL aquarium. It follows the principle "The water stays in the aquarium!" and therefore represents the safest way of filtering an aquarium. The Bioflow 3.0 is equipped with five high-performance filter media and a quiet, powerful Eccoflow 500 circulation pump.
The JUWEL 100 Watt control heater ensures the right temperature in the RIO 125 and is optimally integrated into the water circuit of the Bioflow 3.0 filter system.
Thanks to the use of high-quality silver contacts and impact-resistant borosilicate glass, the JUWEL control heater meets the highest standards for function and safety and is, of course, TÜV/GS certified.

With a depth of 55 cm, the aquarium tanks are designed to provide sufficient space for plants and decoration. The aquarium cover made of high-quality black glass can be easily pushed aside (and removed) for maintenance and cleaning. If the integrated lighting (2 x T5) is not sufficient in special cases, an additional appropriate lighting unit can be used (Power Kit). Hoses and power cables run well hidden in a supply shaft or through a hole in the floor, so that the aquarium combination also looks good from behind and can be used as a room divider. High-quality, distortion-free float glass with diamond-cut, mirror-welded edges provides a clear view of the underwater world and guarantees maximum safety. Concealed cross reinforcements additionally stabilise the upper section. The base cabinet is also very stable, solidly built and well designed for the high weight of the filled aquarium.The high-gloss surface of the furniture is also very hard-wearing, despite its elegant appearance.

Everything is perfectly coordinated in this “all-inclusive package” comprising an aquarium with EHEIM LED lighting, base cabinet, filter, heater and biological filter media. All you need to do is look after the fish and plants. What’s more, the EHEIM vivalineLED series can be perfectly matched to your décor. That’s because the new decorative panel is interchangeable. This makes your new aquarium as individual as you are; you get a bit of variety if you wish and have the guarantee that your long-lasting aquarium will still match your new wallpaper or curtains in a few years’ time.
The interchangeable decorative panel is supplied as standard in the three base cabinet colours anthracite, grey oak and white. As an accessory, the decorative panel is available in the colours Bordeaux, Candy, Lemon, Sky and Urban – a light grey tone. The decorative panel is screwed on and can of course be replaced even when the aquarium is full.
The energy-efficient EHEIM LED lighting can be moved for easier handling. The sliding cover is made from high-quality aluminium composite panels, and the cover frame with openings for all supply lines is firmly glued in place.
