Wahl undercoat rake double 2-in-1 with Shedding Blade
Wahl Double Row Rake for dog breeds with an undercoat The Wahl Double Row Rake combines an undercoat rake and a shedding blade in a single tool. This allows you to remove loose undercoat and excess topcoat without unnecessary tugging. Ideal for regular grooming of thicker coats.2-in-1 design: double-row undercoat rake + shedding blade (reversible head)Ergonomic soft/gel handle for comfortable, non-slip handlingSliding/rotating pins for smoother passage through the coat (less snagging)Key benefits:Reduces loose hair in the home by specifically loosening the undercoat and loose hairs Helps to detangle mats and knots at an early stage (especially with denser coats)  Handy: One tool for two grooming steps – saves time in your routine With the Wahl Double Row Rake , you can groom your dog’s coat (and, depending on the coat type, other pets too) efficiently and comfortably. The tool is a 2-in-1 solution : on one side, the double-row rake helps to loosen loose undercoat and untangle early matting. On the other side, the Shedding Blade removes loose hairs from the topcoat—ideal if your pet sheds more heavily at certain times of the year or if the coat needs a ‘finishing touch’ after combing.  Gentle, controlled grooming is particularly important for denser coats. The Double Row Rake is designed to glide through the coatrather than constantly getting snagged. Many versions of this brush use pins that make combing easier and can reduce tugging – this helps if your pet is sensitive or their coat tends to mat easily. It’s also easy to use: the ergonomic soft/gel handle fits comfortably in the hand, allowing you to groom your dog thoroughly even during longer sessions. This is particularly handy during the shedding season or if regular brushing is part of your routine. For optimal results, we recommend a steady, gentle approach: first use the rake to loosen the undercoat and carefully work out any knots, then use the shedding blade to remove loose hair from the topcoat. This helps maintain a well-groomed appearance and promotes a clean, airy coat structure – without any unnecessary stress during brushing.Zoo Roco Tip If your pet is prone to matting: brush in short sessions (e.g. 5–10 minutes) and work in the direction of hair growthStart with the double rake on ‘sturdy’ areas (back/flanks) and be particularly gentle around the armpits, hind legs and belly. Never pull at knots – instead, untangle them strand by strand and only then use the shedding blade to remove loose hair.
