A good clipper makes the difference between "tedious" and "doable" - especially when grooming is a regular task or the coat is getting thicker. As a corded animal clipper, the WAHL Max50+ is designed so that you can work constantly without worrying about battery life. This is practical for full clipping, for trimming after bathing or if you want to groom several animals in succession.
In everyday use, the Max50+ scores with two speed settings (3,000/3,400 rpm). This allows you to choose according to body part and coat type: The first setting is suitable for more sensitive areas, while the second setting helps you make a quick, even pass over larger areas. This makes it easier to work in a controlled manner and helps you to adapt the grooming process to your pet.
The brushless motor and the ergonomic, lightweight design (approx. 360 g) ensure that the machine is comfortable to hold, even when used for long periods. In combination with the long 4.2 m cable, your freedom of movement is maintained - whether at the grooming table or on the floor.
Zoo-Roco tip
Always shear in clean, dry fur: sand, dust and tangles put unnecessary strain on the blade. For relaxed animals, it helps to start with the lower setting on the shoulder/flank, take short breaks and clean and lightly oil the blade in between - this keeps the cut even and comfortable.
