These stairs from Esschert Design can be used in a variety of places. For hedgehogs, ducks and frogs in the garden, but also for guinea pigs, rabbits or degus in rodent enclosures, the ladder offers the opportunity to overcome a height.

For hedgehogs:

Hedgehogs are cute and useful animals that like to roam through gardens in search of food and safe hiding places. Although they are experienced climbers, they sometimes find it difficult to climb high obstacles such as fences or walls. By installing steps, you give hedgehogs the opportunity to reach different parts of your garden safely and easily. Stairs also provide an exit from garden ponds and ditches to prevent hedgehogs from drowning.

For frogs and toads

The stairs offer an exit from air shafts or ditches that are, for example, concreted over.

For guinea pigs, rabbits or degus

The stairs can be used to allow the animals to easily exit the rodent enclosure into the apartment or into a run. In the large rodent enclosures for degu, the stairs offer the possibility of getting from one floor to the next.
