Product information "L-sized assorted bird feed treats"
Esschert Design Bird feeder in the shape of L
Esschert Design Bird feeder L containing approx. 330 g of compressed grains and seeds. Available in heart, wreath or house shapes with a hanging cord. Decorative wild bird feed.
Esschert Design ’s L-series bird feeder figures combine attractive garden decoration with an additional food source for native wild birds. The lovingly designed figures are made from compressed grains and seeds and, thanks to the attached hanging cord, can be easily hung up in the garden, on the patio or in a suitable spot on the balcony.
The feeders are available in three decorative shapes: heart, wreath and house. Each design is a lovely eye-catcher and provides an additional source of food for seed-eating garden birds.
The bird feed figures contain a selected mix of wheat, millet, crushed maize, rapeseed and black sunflower seeds. The ingredients are pressed into a sturdy shape and fitted with a hanging cord.
The feed serves as a supplement to the wild birds’ natural diet. Seed-eaters in particular, such as sparrows and various species of finch, can make use of the feed provided.
Titmice can also often be seen at feeding stations and will eat different seeds depending on the food available.
Whether in the shape of a heart, a wreath or a little house – these bird feeder figures add a natural yet decorative touch to your garden.
The heart shape is particularly suitable as a thoughtful gift for bird lovers. The wreath lends a classic, natural look to the feeding area, whilst the house shape delights with its playful design.
All three versions are fitted with a practical hanging strap and can be attached directly to a suitable branch or a sturdy bracket.
Wild birds need sufficient food at different times of the year. Whilst in winter it is mainly the cold and a limited natural food supply that pose a challenge, in spring the energy requirements of many bird species increase due to courtship, nest-building and rearing their young.
Esschert Design ’s bird feeder figures can therefore be offered as supplementary food all year round. It is important, however, to adapt the food on offer to the species of bird and the season.
The large bird feeder figures have maximum dimensions of approximately 15 × 3.6 × 14.4 cm and hold around 330 g of birdseed.
Thanks to the integrated hanging strap, you do not need an additional bird feeder. The figure can be hung up directly in a suitable spot.
These decorative bird feeder figures also make a lovely idea as a small gift for garden and bird lovers.
With the ‘ Esschert Design ’ L bird feeder figures, you can offer your feathered garden visitors an extra treat whilst enhancing the look of your outdoor space.

Zoo Roco Tip
The decorative bird feeder figures from Esschert Design are particularly well suited for setting up a small feeding station in your own garden whilst observing the local birds.
Hang the bird feeder in a clearly visible but sheltered spot. Sturdy branches or special feeder mounts near shrubs are particularly suitable, as they offer the birds a place of refuge in case of danger.
Ensure that cats cannot reach the feeding station from a hiding place.
Supplement the food supply with a shallow bird bath, which should be cleaned regularly and filled with fresh water.
A natural garden with native shrubs, wildflowers and suitable nesting sites is particularly valuable for wild birds.
The bird feeders in the shape of hearts, wreaths or houses also make lovely little gifts for people who enjoy birdwatching or want to make their garden bird-friendly.
