Royal Canin Cat Mobility Dry

For adult cats
With a consistent diet of 6 to 8 weeks, an improvement in joint health can be expected. Feeding can be continued for life.

Important notes:

  • Veterinary diet food should only be given in consultation with your vet.
  • During treatment with a veterinary diet, you should regularly (approx. every 6 months) visit your vet for check-ups.
  • If your pet’s state of health worsens, seek veterinary advice immediately.

GLM
The nutrients from New Zealand green-lipped mussel (Perna canaliculus) help to improve the clinical symptoms of joint diseases in cats.

EPA/DHA
Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) are long-chain omega-3 fatty acids. These can help modulate inflammatory reactions in the joints.

Moderate phosphorus content
The moderate phosphorus content helps to support kidney function, especially in older cats.

Antioxidant complex
A synergistically acting combination of antioxidants (Vit. E, Vit. C, taurine, lutein) can protect the body’s cells from attack by aggressive metabolic products, support the immune system and help prevent premature cell ageing.

Further information

The nutrients in the green-lipped mussel (GLM) are obtained by an exclusive, patented process: dehydration at low temperature, so that the chondroprotective effect is preserved. GLM, in addition to glycosaminoglycans, also contains the unique omega-3 fatty acid eicosatetraenoic acid (ETA, anti-inflammatory effect on the joints).
