Its presence creates a harmonious transition between the water surface and the garden, without appearing too low or too dominant. The long flowering period from June to September (VI-IX) is a big plus. This means that your pond edge planting remains attractive for many weeks and creates bright accents that are beautifully reflected in the water. Growing to a height of approx. 60 to 80 cm, the frogspoon is ideal for adding structure to the edge planting - for example behind lower shallow water plants or as a natural background for flowering companions. The recommended planting depth of 0 to -40 cm gives you plenty of room for manoeuvre: plant the frogspoon directly in the moist bank zone or a little deeper in the shallow water area, depending on the pond structure and the desired effect.For neat, controlled planting, we recommend using a plant basket - this keeps the position stable and makes it easier to move or divide the plant if necessary.
