Is it possible to place an order by phone?
Telephone orders can be placed for existing customers who have already ordered on Powerpay.
We can enter an order in the system for every customer who pays in advance.
We cannot process orders with the payment method credit card, Paypal, Twint - or other payment methods where card details or a code must be entered
