Fast, customer friendly
After a short time, the thread on which the amber is mounted broke (I have 2 dogs and they are out and about in the undergrowth, so it's not surprising) but I was able to repair it and, most importantly, I was sent a replacement for the next day IMMEDIATELY AND WITHOUT ANY FUSS or additional costs.

Difficult to knot without it becoming loose again and again
Looks nice but is difficult to knot as the leather straps are quite thick. Resp. gets wider and wider and you have to tighten the knots again and again. Does anyone have any ideas on how to make it hold better?
