Was immediately accepted by the degus - top!

The sand bath is great, big enough for the degus and the sand no longer flies all over the enclosure. I also think it's great that it's made of glass and can therefore be cleaned at any time. I previously had one made of wood, which you couldn't look at after a short time. I would definitely buy it again.

Now my 4 gerbils have plenty of space

Now my 4 gerbils have plenty of room to dig and the sand stays in the jar. Very easy to clean.

I'm not happy!

The glass cut-out is far too deep. My degus drag a lot of bedding into the sand bath. Actually, they could easily exceed 20 cm in height, which I didn't realise before. I therefore recommend a 30x20x20 cm tank without a glass cut-out.

I am very happy with the glass sand bath, good quality. It fits perfectly in my degu terrarium and my two degus also enjoy it.
