The Leuchtie has a burn time of approx. 50 hours per set of batteries (enough for approx. 6 weeks if used for 1 hour a day). After that, the Leuchtie gradually becomes dimmer, but can still be used for a long time with the same batteries.

The Leuchtie is very easy to put on; it is simply pulled over the dog’s head in one swift movement. Therefore, when determining the correct size of the Leuchtie, it is the dog’s head circumference, not its neck circumference, that is decisive.
