What can you feed crickets?

Fruit and vegetables, including apples, cucumbers and carrots, serve as moist food and provide the chirping insects with vitamins and fluids. Crickets also don't say no to herbs or wild herbs such as dandelion. You can also offer crickets fish food or special cricket food.
Make sure that no mould forms on the food, as this is harmful to the terrarium animals. Too much moisture in the cricket box is not tolerated by micro and small crickets.
If the terrarium animal needs it, you can dust the food with calcium powder. This is then absorbed by the food animal and the terrarium animal is not overdosed.
