About Anneleen Bru AnneleenBru (MSc CABC) is a Belgian cat behaviorist and graduate of the University of Southampton (UK) who has been on a mission to make cats' lives happier since 2008. The mission of Happy Cats is to help cat owners better understand their cats' behavior in an entertaining and scientifically sound way. This includes avoiding, dealing with and changing unwanted behavior. She also trains cat professionals to apply their knowledge of cat behavior to improve their services and help more cats and their owners. Anneleen is a former president and co-founder of the Belgian Professional Association for Animal Behavior and a fully certified member of the IAABC (International Association of Animal Behavior Consultants - USA). She is a creative entrepreneur who is always looking for new ways to help cat owners. Anneleen has written several books on cat behavior, including the "I Love Happy Cats" series. Her first book, "Guide for a Happy Cat", was published in 14 countries and has sold over 40,000 copies.
