Söchting oxidizer Mini
The Söchting oxidizer Mini produces normal and activated oxygen in a patented process using the Söchting oxidizer solution and special ceramic catalysts. The activated oxygen breaks down toxins and putrefactive substances, thus improving the water quality and contributing to the well-being of fish and plants. The oxidizer Mini is designed for aquariums up to 60 liters. The oxidizer solution and the catalyst are already included in the delivery (2 x 50 ml).
The water temperature indicates the operating time of the catalysts, at 25 degrees Celsius and one catalyst it is approx. four weeks. With two catalysts, it is approx. two weeks. At a higher temperature, the operating time is shortened and vice versa. Because of the drip-wise dosing, at times no oxygen bubbles are visible, although the unit is working. When the glass container is empty, the oxidizer must be refilled. It is best to do this only with the oxidizer solution, which you can buy again. If the oxidizer has been placed on a sandy soil, you should move it occasionally so that the soil under it does not become gammy.

Nitrogen, phosphorus and other minerals become a scarce commodity and must be fertilized in a targeted manner. For healthy plant growth in a beautiful underwater landscape, plants need light, CO2 and the right nutrients.
