The biological species concept for ornamental fish:
In addition to a staple food such as JBL PRONOVO BEL for community aquariums, the JBL PRONOVO species concept is available to your fish. Within the species concept you can supplement food specifically for fish species or also choose instead of the main food. It is not a problem if, for example, your fighting fish also eats the food for your barbs and vice versa. It is only important that you offer the appropriate food for each group of fish. Would you, for example, like to feed your neon or armoured catfish exactly the right food? No problem: in the JBL species concept you will find a granulate for neon tetras (and other small tetras) which is suitable for mouths and whose composition is precisely adapted to the needs of the fish, including insects: JBL PRONOVO NEON. In their natural habitats in South America, neon tetras live in very nutrient-poor black water biotopes and depend on small, mouth-friendly plankton. Corydoras, on the other hand, live on the bottom and have a different food spectrum. JBL PRONOVO CORYDORAS (Corydoras = scientific name of the armoured catfish species) therefore contains suitable raw materials such as shrimps and spirulina. The armoured catfish need a varied diet for a healthy diet. The shrimps are representative of all the small animal organisms and also carrion, which the armoured catfish feel on the ground with their barbels.

It does well in the strong spots of an arrangement, in the second or third row. The Super Mini Red variety does not require CO₂ and grows in the water column even with low light intensity and low fertilizer levels. Therefore, it is a suitable plant for beginners in plant aquaristics. However, it is important to remember that the best growing results can be achieved with appropriate lighting and additional carbon dioxide addition. It grows in both hard and soft water with pH between 5.5 and 7.5.
It does not require complicated care. Frequent pruning and good growing conditions will ensure beautiful, dense plants. It can grow up to 25 cm tall. As with most stems, the cut tips of the plants can be replanted in the ground. The plant will form side shoots at the cut.Planting:The plant must be removed from the cup and thoroughly rinsed from the gel under running water. Wafers, on the other hand, are thinly cut from a slurry and an "endless sausage" pressed out of the extruder and then dried. The diameter of the "sausage" then gives the diameter of the wafer. In the case of JBL PRONOVO PLECO, this results in two sizes: M and XL.In the production process, wafers can be made harder than food tablets, so that they are still available to the sucking catfish as "hard" food to grate even after some waiting time (until it gets dark).
