Almo Nature Cat Litter / Cat Litter

Almo Nature Cat Litter is a natural, biodegradable, compostable and flushable cat litter made from plant fibres. The starch within the fibres allows the cat litter to clump quickly, and enzymes neutralise unpleasant odours.

The cat litter is dust-free with silica, synthetic chemicals and clay. In addition, the litter provides excellent odour control and the high efficiency ensures a very fast clumping effect thanks to the concentrated power of the plant fibres, leaving the rest of the litter and the toilet clean.

With the small, compact and lightweight 2.27 kg bag, Almo Nature Cat Litter is extremely efficient and lasts for up to four weeks with minimal product consumption.

Instructions for Use

TO BEGIN
Pour in the cat litter to create a base: a layer of around 2 cm (for a 30 x 40 cm litter box, half a pack should be sufficient, i.e. 1 kg of product).

DAILY
Remove the clumps with a wide-meshed scoop and dispose of them directly in the toilet* or on the compost.

WEEKLY
Top up the base by adding 1/4 of the pack (about 500 g of product for a 4 kg cat)

MONTHLY
If you want to clean the litter tray, do not throw away all the litter. You can reuse the litter (the rapid formation of clumps guarantees the cleanliness of the surrounding product)

* See local regulations. Never dispose of the entire litter tray filling in the household toilet. Flush clumps individually only.

My cats like this litter.

My cats like this very fine litter. I put it in a large box, as a lot of litter ends up on the floor in a normal litter tray, even with a 2cm filling height.

La litière parfaite !

Elle est géniale cette litière ! Et j'en ai essayé énormément ! Un sachet de 2kg pour une litière tient un mois, elle fait peu de poussière, va dans les toilettes, agglomère bien sans se casser, ne fait plus tousser mes chats comme le silice le faisait... Vraiment géniale. Et le prix est correct. Paraît cher pour la taille du sachet, mais il dure. Le silice me coûtait 8.- et je tenais 2 semaines avec un paquet, et je devais nettoyer la caisse entièrement toutes les semaines. Maintenant je la nettoie une fois par mois en moyenne. Et elle est propre pourtant. Impressionnante cette litière, dommage qu'on ne la trouve pas partout.

I find Almo Nature...

I think Almo Nature is excellent. However, it is difficult to change the habits of a cat that has been using conventional litter for 4 years.
