Feed my parrots with the sprouts and pelets. Nuts only during training! Parrots find such sprouts in nature 🌱 no sunflower seeds etc.. So all overweight parrots would get something with lots of vitamins and without calories, plus something to do. They need to get to know it! I can only recommend from 🫶
