Cryptocoryne Spiralis 'Red'
Cryptocoryne Spiralis 'Red' is an extremely decorative plant for the second level of an aquarium. It is characterized by narrow, strongly curled leaves with a dark brown-red coloration. This variety originates from India and is a true rarity.Difficulty of growing: mediumLight requirement: mediumCO₂ requirement: lowAdult plant height: up to 40 cmGrowth: moderateTemperature: 23-27°CPlacement in aquarium: second levelOrigin: Asia6 cm cup diameterCryptocoryne Spiralis 'Red' is a very special and beautiful plant native to Asia. It can be found from Bangladesh to India to the island of Sri Lanka. In its natural habitat, this Cryptocoryne grows along streams and rivers in forests and higher elevations with humid climates. It is still little known in Europe and is considered a rarity in aquaristics, especially since it is rarely available in stores. Cryptocoryne Spiralis 'Red' is characterized by its dark brown-red, narrow leaves, which are strongly wavy and resemble a stripe with a wrinkled edge. The leaves are grouped in a rosette. In appearance, this plant resembles another Zwittera variety, namely Cryptocoryne Cispatula var.
Red Cryptocoryne Spiralis contrasts well with green plants and is ideal for the background of the aquarium. It is original and unusual, making it an eye-catcher.It is not very demanding in cultivation, does not require special care and does not need regular pruning. You just need to provide her with the right growing conditions.
It needs moderate light. It has no special requirements for pH, which is 6.0-7.0. It prefers moderately hard water up to 10°. The plant does not need any special fertilization as long as a nutrient-rich substrate is available. It is good if it contains an addition of clay and peat. It is also important that it is at least 5-7 cm thick, as this variety develops a rather strong root system. It has long, creeping stems and easily reproduces by spreading. To obtain a seedling, simply divide it.Planting: The plant must be removed from the cup and thoroughly rinsed from the gel under running water. This is best done by placing the plant in a container of lukewarm water. Most of the gel will then fall off by itself. Divide the contents of the cup into 1-2 cm lumps and then place them at a small distance on the selected items.
Invitro Utricularia graminifolia
Utricularia graminifolia is an attractive in-vitro aquarium plant that is particularly appreciated for its grass-like appearance and its ability to form dense carpets in the aquarium. This plant comes from the water hose family (Lentibulariaceae) and is known for its fine, grass-like leaves that create a natural and aesthetically pleasing underwater landscape.
Difficulty of cultivation:
: difficultLight requirement: mediumCO₂ requirement: mediumHeight of the adult plant: up to 3-10 cmGrowth: medium to fast, depending on lightTemperature: 24 - 26°CPlacement in the aquarium: ForegroundOrigin: Asia6 cm cup diameter
Utricularia graminifolia is ideal for foreground planting in aquaria. It forms dense, green carpets that create a natural look and can serve as hiding places for small fish and shrimps. This plant is suitable for both beginners and experienced aquarists and contributes to the biological diversity and aesthetic beauty of an aquarium.

Hygrophila sp. Tiger
Hygrophila sp. Tiger is a decorative plant with narrow, red colored leaves. It grows rather tall, making it suitable for the second or third level of an aquarium.Difficulty of growing: easyLight requirement: mediumCO₂ requirement: moderateHeight of mature plant: up to 40 cmGrowth rate: FastTemperature: 20-30°CPlacement in aquarium: third and second levelsOrigin: Asia6 cm cup diameterHygrophila sp. 'Tiger' is a decorative aquatic plant that belongs to the Acanthaceae or acanthus family. The species gets its name from the interesting markings on the leaves, which can be reddish brown or brownish green depending on the light intensity in the aquarium. A pronounced marbled pattern can be seen on the upper surface of the leaves. The exact origin of the plant is not entirely clear, it is a variety that is relatively new to aquaristics and probably originated in Asia.
The habit of this plant is very similar to Hygrophila polysperma, both also show similar requirements and grow about the same size. Hygrophila sp. Tiger is an easy to care for plant, so it is recommended for beginners in aquaristics. It is a narrow-leaved, tall-growing stem plant that tolerates a very wide range of aquarium conditions. It has no special requirements for pH or water hardness. It tolerates a temperature of 20 to 30 °C.With good light conditions and an adequate supply of macro and micro elements, you can be sure that this plant will color impressively. It will look spectacular and provide a red background for the other species in the tank. If conditions are favorable for the plant, it will maintain a compact growth and take on the appearance of an underwater minibush. In order for Hygrophila to continue to spread, it can be pruned regularly.Planting: The plant must be removed from the cup and thoroughly rinsed from the gel under running water. This is best done by placing the plant in a container of lukewarm water. Most of the gel will then fall off by itself. Divide the contents of the cup into 1-2 cm lumps and then place them at a small distance on the selected items.
Anubias barteri var. glabraAnubias barteri var. glabra' or Anubias minima. This is a recommended species for aquaria with little light. Ideal for medium-sized tanks. The plant is easy to grow, does not require intensive fertilization and reproduces by dividing the rhizome. In vitro plant.Difficulty of cultivation: easyLight requirement: lowCO₂ requirement: lowHeight of the adult plant: 15-25 cmGrowth: slowTemperature: 20 - 22°CPlacement in the aquarium: Middle groundOrigin: AfricaCup diameter 6 cmAnubias Barteri Var. Glabra is a green plant from the Asteraceae family that is native to the swamps of Africa. It can grow both under water and in water. It can be found in the trade under the name Anubias minima. Unlike other Anubias, it is easy to plant in the substrate and has characteristic lanceolate leaves that grow up to 15 cm long. It can reach a height of 25 cm, but grows slowly so that it can also be cultivated in small aquariums.
The plant has a rhizome from which roots grow that wrap tightly around the spot where it is planted , making it ideal for planting on roots or lava rock. It is suitable for a second or third planting
Anubias thrives at different temperatures. It is suitable for cooler tanks as well as warm, tropical aquariums, e.g. with discus fish.It tolerates hard, soft, acidic and alkaline water. It prefers weak, diffuse lighting. It can become overgrown with algae under prolonged and intensive lighting. It is therefore advisable to plant it in darker or even shady areas of the aquarium. This plant does not like neglected aquaria and prefers the water to be changed regularly and no dirt to accumulate on its leavesIt grows slowly but forms a very attractive shape, especially in a group that forms a green, decorative clump. It feels very comfortable in tanks with a low water level and looks great in 'dachshund' type aquariums, where it creates the effect of an aesthetically pleasing tank. Thanks to it, we can create very interesting compositions. It is also well suited for aquariums with cichlids and other herbivorous fish
It does not require special care, it is enough to remove older leaves, which stimulates the rhizome to form cuttings. If you want to obtain new cuttings, you can regularly divide the rhizome into 2-3 cm long sections.
To attach the Anubias to roots or stones, a very thin string, thread or a special adhesive for attaching aquarium plants is sufficient.
The in vitro culture of plants is carried out in tissue culture laboratoriesThanks to the sterile production conditions, the cuttings are free from snails, algae or pathogens.Planting:The plant must be removed from the cup and thoroughly rinsed of the gel under running waterThis is best done by placing the plant in a container of lukewarm water. Most of the gel will then fall off by itself.

Rotala Rotundifolia 'Green'
Rotala Rotundifolia 'Green' (Round-leaved Rotala) is a mid-ground plant. It is characterized by fast growth and moderate light requirements. The color is usually light green.Difficulty of growing: easy Light requirements: medium CO₂ requirements: not necessary Height of mature plant: 50-60 cm Growth: fast Temperature: 20-28°C Placement in aquarium: third level Origin: South Asia, Southeast Asia Cup diameter 6 cm The natural range of the round-leaved Rotalas (Rotala rotundifolia) is South, Southeast and East Asia. It has been spread by humans to Australia, the United States and Brazil, among other places. She is thus already almost a globetrotter.Rotala rotundifolia 'Green' is very similar to Rotala rotundifolia, but its leaves remain bright green even in bright light.
This plant is characterized by its fast growth and its tendency to spread profusely, especially when regularly pruned. It tolerates medium light levels, but the higher the light, the more intense the plant's growth and colors. If left to grow freely, it reaches a length of 30-60 cm, cutting off access to light to the lower parts, where it begins to lose its leaves. Under favorable conditions, if left uncontrolled, it can dominate an entire tank, especially if it is a tank with a small capacity. Once it reaches the surface of the water, it begins to float on it. It does not need additional carbon dioxide fertilization unless you want to accelerate its growth even more.
It is tolerant of pH and water hardness, although like most plants, it cannot tolerate extremes.
It tolerates temperatures between 20 and 28 °C, but thrives better in the upper end of this range. It can grow in both an active and a poor substrate, but in this case it is advisable to fertilize under the roots. In well-lit, CO2-fertilized aquariums, it may require additional fertilization with macronutrients due to its rapid growth. Otherwise, it will lose its color and the leaves will become smaller. Rotala rotundifolia is propagated in the aquarium by cutting off stem pieces and placing them in a selected spot in the substrate. When transplanted to a new tank, it will need some time to acclimate and grow faster.Planting: The plant must be removed from the cup and thoroughly rinsed from the gel under running water. This is best done by placing the plant in a container of lukewarm water. Most of the gel will then fall off by itself. Divide the contents of the cup into 1-2 cm lumps and then place them at a small distance into the substrate.

JBL Pro Clean BAC Cleaning bacteria that instantly clean your aquarium. A cartridge filled with cleaning bacteria that will keep your aquarium clean and your fish healthy. These bacteria are among one of the good bacteria that transform toxins into harmless ones. Various JBL bacteria products contain high concentrations of certain strains of bacteria that, for example, convert problematic nitrogen compounds such as ammonium (NH4), ammonia (NH3) and nitrite into harmless nitrogen compounds (nitrate (NO3) or nitrogen gas (N2)). You also don't need to worry about overdosing the Pro Clean BAC because the bacteria will extract your nutrients from these nitrogen compounds and if they don't eat enough, these bacteria will die. Helps keep the aquarium cleanBefore use, shake the cartridge and empty the entire contents into the aquariumSupports the filter, breaks down pollutants and cleans the bottomBest used after a water change, adding a new fish or cleaning the filter

PROCRISTAL UV-CCrystal clear and healthy waterPoor lighting conditions, over-fertilization or even an excess of nutrients can have a negative effect on aquarium water and promote algae. Suspended algae lead to green turbidity, bacteria to whitish turbidity. The JBL Water Clarifier removes turbidity caused by bacteria and suspended algae. The aquarium water is passed through the stable, UV-resistant housing of the clarifier. The UV-C radiation kills the bacteria, other germs and suspended algae in the water flowing through. The efficiency of this UV-C water clarifier is particularly high because the glass bulb is surrounded by a polished, reflective stainless steel foil that reflects the UV-C radiation, thus doubling the efficiency. This can also have a positive effect on the elimination of sessile algae, such as filamentous algae, as their spores are also largely killed. No harmful side effectsNo change in water values / no negative effects on important cleaning bacteria in the filter.Easy installationConnect the water clarifier to the external filter or a separate water pump. Due to included 90° angle, any desired installation position can be achieved.SafetyThe JBL UV-C water clarifier is TÜV-tested and has a safety switch for automatic shutdown when the device is opened. The housing is UV-resistant and sturdy walls and has an LED lamp that indicates whether the UV-C burner is working .Difference from the previous model JBL ProCristal UV-C Compact:The function indicator lights are now located on the flat side of the electrical unit and the microswitch for automatic shutdown of the burner when the housing is opened (if the plug has not been pulled out) is changed to a magnetic safety switch. As a result, the electrical units of the previous models (Compact) do NOT fit the new ones (Compact Plus) and vice versa. Crystal clear and healthy water: 36 W UV-C water clarifier for fast and efficient removal of greenish and whitish turbidity in freshwater and saltwater aquariums as well as garden ponds.Space-saving installation: connection to external filter or separate pump. Convenient and effective way to catch flatworms (planaria) without using chemicals
Equip trap with food bait (JBL NovoTab), use suction pad and cord to hang it at an angle over the bottom and empty trap the following day
Convenient emptying of the trap: open lower plug and upper screw top and rinse under running water
Completely non-toxic in freshwater and marine water
Ø 17 mm, 13 cm
Package content: 1 complete planaria trap (13 cm long) with transparent cord and suction pad for slanted positioning
Flatworms (Platyhelminthes):To this class of animals belong the unpopular planaria which sometimes massively reproduce in aquariums and then can become a disturbing pest. They mostly lead a hidden existence and appear only at night. After using a planaria trap many people are surprised how many flatworms were present in their aquariums! Since chemical means against planaria have mostly unwanted side effects, the JBL planaria trap is a very good alternative without harmful side effects!Flatworms in marine water:Flatworms in marine water can look very beautiful, such as slugs. But they can also cause problems for corals, when they increase alarmingly and infest the corals. There are Turbellaria which, extremely well camouflaged, even can’t be found on a closer look. This also includes e.g. the Acropora-eating flatworm which can infest stony corals and lead to serious damage. Through an iodine bath of the affected coral outside the aquarium (2 ml Betaisodona/l) the Turbellaria will be paralysed and can be flushed away with a strong water jet. The wrasse Pseudocheilinus hexataenia is considered as the recommended natural enemy of choice, as it can even recognise clutches of worms to eat them.

The EHEIM MultiBox is a clever and extremely practical idea for both aquarium maintenance and aquascaping, keeping everything you need at your fingertips. Just hang it on!
The simplest ideas are often the best. Where would you normally put your tools such as scissors, tweezers, glass scraper, plant tongs, etc., whilst doing maintenance work on your aquarium? Where do you put your plants and utensils for aquascaping? What do you do with dripping internal filters, plant residue and waste? Where do your new aquarium inhabitants get used to their new environment? Where is your quarantine or treatment area?
The EHEIM MultiBox is the perfect solution for organising your work area – simply hang it on the aquarium glass or cabinet door. The hanging bracket, tool holder, lid and overall dimensions have all been skilfully designed for convenience and practicality.
Multifunctional:
Practical, hook on container for maintenance work and aquascaping
Section for plant residue, algae and other waste
Can be used for carrying wet items (internal filters) to the sink or waste to the bin
Compartment for acclimatising tank inhabitants to a different or new environment
Quarantine or treatment compartment
Divided lids prevent fish from jumping out (opening for ventilation hose included)
Secure fit:
Simply hang on the aquarium or, if the aquarium hood makes this impossible, on the cabinet door
Hanging bracket can be adjusted from 4mm (for aquarium glass) to 20mm (for cabinet doors).
Spacer for vertical adjustment – locked in position at the bottom of the box
6 eyelets to hang on tools (tweezers, scissors, fish net, glass scraper etc.).
Ideal dimensions:
Dimensions (L x W x H): 310 x 187 x 101 mm.
The box can be filled with up to 2.5 l of water.
The size of the box is ideal for acclimatising fish to their new environment as, once settled, they can be gently caught and released into the aquarium with a small net. This reduces the risk of infection, as no external water is introduced into the aquarium.
